42 health students bag scholarship in Niger

The National Assembly member
representing of Suleja, Tafa and Gurara Federal
Constituency, Honorable Abubakar Lado Suleja,
has offered scholarship to another set of 42
students to study various health related courses,
a sector he had earlier declared emergency on in
his constituency.
Lado launched the admission at the New Gate
College of Health and Technology, in Minna, at
the weekend, and said that the scholarship
included accommodation and stipend for the
students to make sure they faced their studies
with seriousness, so as to come out in flying
colours.
He assured them of his plans to sponsor the best
twenty of the students to Cairo, Egypt, for their
B.Sc. degree after their successful completion of
studies in Nigeria.
Suleja intimated that he targeted to sponsor one
hundred (100) beneficiaries in different
disciplines comprising men and women, within four
years, adding that 20 had begun their studies in
India, 16 in School of Health and Technology, in
Kebbi State and now 42 in New Gate College of
Health and Technology in Minna. He urged them to
be good ambassadors.
