33 Nigerian teachers deployed to Liberian public schools
The Ministry of Education in Liberia has deployed
33 Nigerian teachers to public secondary schools
in several counties across the country.Deputy
Information Minister for Public Affairs Isaac
Jackson told the ministry of information regular
press briefing Tuesday that the volunteer
instructors are assigned in Maryland, River Gee,
Sinoe, Grand Kru, Nimba, Gbarpolu, Rivercess,
and Montserrado Counties.
Jackson said the instructors will teach Science,
Mathematics and English.
According to Jackson, the deployment of the
Nigerian instructors is based upon a bilateral
relationship forged between Liberia and the
Nigeria.
